Like I said before man doesn't know the meaning of the word hope. It just doesn't exist for this one. It wasn't a bad story, but I can't honestly say I was surprised by the shocking twist turn that leads to a spiraling climax or some shit. You owe robby some tacos.
P.S. I know you don't care but i finally got my runecloth bag pattern. Woot.
Pshaw! I don't know the meaning of hope? What are you babbling about? A superhero with the potential ability to save humanity from wars and disaster -- who might even be able to fly -- just destroyed his nemesis, allowing him to use those powers to their fullest, unheeded. How is that not hopeful?
Of course, the story is about the nemesis and told from his point of view, and he doesn't realize he is the nemesis, and it's not even his fault. But still: hopeful.
And am I hallucinating, or is Dan Brown listed on your Blogger profile under favorite books? First of all, he's an author, not a book, and second -- blech.
Yes Dan Brown is an author. But he has books. So if you, "ask what are your favorite books?" Then Dan Brown as in Dan Brown books just happens to be an acceptable answer...although i don't recall putting him on that list. I must have been dead at the time or on the moon with steve, but i'm gonna leave it just to annoy you. And one more thing i can get you another copy of Deception Point if you want i saw it at work the other day. Heh.
